It is well known that Mercedes Benz produces some of the finest vehicles available. But even Mercedes Benz vehicles need to be serviced at the correct intervals to ensure their reliability.

With the complexity of modern Mercedes vehicles today the use of correct factory tools, manuals and computer diagnostic equipment has now become a necessity rather than an option. That is why we make sure our tools, manuals and diagnostic equipment are updated frequently so even customers with the latest Mercedes Benz vehicles are welcome.

However this is all pointless without experience. At EC Mercedez all our technicians have extensive Mercedes Benz technical and training backgrounds. As an example of the commitment to our clients we have recently had Tommy Kiczalo, chief mechanic from Mercedes tuner Kleemann here at our premises. Not only was Tommy here to teach and advise on Kleemann performance installs but also to conduct a clinic in the latest techniques and methods for the latest Mercedes Benz vehicles.

Another specialty of EC Mercedez is the in-house repair and service of automatic transmissions and air conditioning systems. "Today it is Common place or Common Practice ?? for this work to be sent to a third party, however we are fortunate to have specialists on board in both of these" areas to insure original Mercedes Benz protocols and guidelines are used.

The latest addition to our service department is the Motorvac Carbonclean system. Carbon build up inside the engine can cause poor throttle response, exhaust smoke and decreasing fuel economy. Simple fuel additives only clean the injectors where this system will strip carbon deposits from the intake manifold right through to the exhaust. We recommend the carbon clean treatment to all our customer's vehicles.

We import all original Merzedes Benz parts from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) like Hella, Bosch, VDO, Hengst, Contetich, Bilstein, stabilus, Behr, Temic etc. This keeps the cost low. We also make it a point to use only Mercedes Benz approved oils and fluids.
